About the Project
Polaris Modular worked with Swig corporate to create the most efficient floor plan based on the operational testing of franchisees across multiple locations. This floor plan can be replicated for maximum profitability and cohesive layout between shops.
While the traditional approach to building a new shop requires full on-site construction with multiple subcontractors, Polaris Modular’s skilled tradesman manage the construction of each location off-site, with installation and finishing details to be completed onsite by a General Contractor.
