MULTIFAMILY MODELS

Our stackable multiplex models are designed for diverse multifamily applications. We have preexisting plans for one, two, and three-bedroom assemblies. The same core modules that make up these standard floor plans can be combined in limitless applications ranging from single-story duplexes to multi-story apartment buildings.

Design Methodology

Four core modules come together to create our comfortable one-bedroom unit, doubled in this example to demonstrate a duplex assembly. This model can be replicated or combined with other models to achieve various multi-family housing applications.

TWO-BEDROOM UNIT

Using our module system to build upon our one-bedroom unit, our two-bedroom unit features an added module that comprises an additional bedroom along with supportive spaces (storage, laundry). Like all of our multiplex units, this model can be replicated or combined with other models to achieve various multi-family housing applications.

THREE-BEDROOM UNIT

Our three-bedroom multifamily unit consists of five modules and offers some of the most spacious accommodations available in the modular home industry. Like our other units, this model is designed to stack vertically in order to maximize density and lend this design to versatile applications.
