Housing Applications & Design Methodology
Our stackable multifamily models are designed for diverse multifamily applications. We have preexisting plans for one, two, and three-bedroom assemblies. The same core modules that make up these standard floor plans can be combined in limitless applications ranging from single-story duplexes to multi-story apartment buildings.
By replicating the four core modules in this series, we can rapidly and efficiently build single-story and multi-story housing tailored for project needs and density requirements.
Our signature Townhome Series is an adaptable set of units that can be utilized in single-family developments as well as multifamily applications.
About our Townhome models
For neighborhood applications, we have a set of two-story townhome models in one, two, and three-bedroom assemblies. These models consist of six core modules which remain consistent in their assembly for optimal design and efficiency.
Lending versatility, an accessory seventh model can be integrated in numerous configurations to add extra bedrooms and storage space depending on project needs. Townhomes include a garage and optional roof deck.
