Polaris Modular is a team of problem solvers enthusiastically serving owners, developers, and builders across the country. Our leadership spans decades of experience in large-scale modular manufacturing and construction, and our crew of master trades and craftsmen uses a station-based production approach for high-quality, cost-effective, rapid manufacturing.
Our 80,000+ square foot facility in Salt Lake City, Utah is where every project comes to life - from single family residences and short-term rentals to multi-family developments, hospitality outposts, workforce housing, wellness pods, and commercial buildouts.
Along the way we've partnered with brands like New Primitive Saunas, Modal Living, HSL Properties, Swig, and The Other Side Village - and earned recognition including the Builder's Choice Design Awards and Construction Tech Review's Top Modular Construction list.
