Design Methodology
Our signature townhome models can be adapted to create various floor plans depending on your design goals. These homes consist of seven modules that can be mixed, matched, and repeated for high-efficiency manufacturing.
TWO-BEDROOM TOWNHOME
The two-bedroom is our smallest townhome model and the base design for larger assemblies in which additional bedrooms and storage can be added. With two bedrooms on the top floor and a kitchen and living space on the bottom floor, this design totals 1,660 square feet, with an optional garage and deck.

THREE-BEDROOM TOWNHOME
The three-bedroom townhome illustrates the simplicity of our module system, where one additional module that includes a bedroom and storage space joins seamlessly with the base design as an addition to the top floor. With an extra bedroom on the top floor, this design is otherwise identical to the two-bedroom design, including a kitchen and living space on the bottom floor, along with an optional garage and deck.

FOUR-BEDROOM TOWNHOME
The four-bedroom townhome builds upon the three-bedroom design, adding one more module that includes a bedroom and storage space. This module joins to the bottom floor with access from the living room. Like every townhome model, the four-bedroom includes an optional garage and roof deck.
