About the Design
Polaris Modular designed our townhome product after working with several development teams to create a highly functional design available off-the-shelf. Logistical goals of this design were to maximize the density of the building footprint while minimizing the number of trucks needed to transport the completed townhomes to the installation site.
This townhome building intends to create a sense of privacy and warmth for residents. The design offers interchangeable floors plans with 2 and 3 bedroom options. Exterior cladding can be customized to fit the aesthetic requirements of your project.

About the Design
Polaris Modular designed a three-story apartment building with garage to serve as warm and modern multifamily housing. The goal of this design was to strike a harmony between density and luxury, incorporating spacious, outward-facing covered decks, large windows, and an efficient floor plan.
