Set against the quiet backdrop of Alton's desert hills, this custom Ridgeline II offers a unique twist on our core design. The main 960 sq. ft. unit is paired with a smaller detached module, connected by a covered breezeway, and includes an 80 sq. ft. mudroom. A 480 sq. ft. Ridgeline Suite unit at the rear extends the layout.
The exterior is finished in a sleek ash gray, offering a subtle contrast to the surrounding red and gold terrain. Large windows throughout both units invite in natural light and frame expansive desert views, creating a calm, grounded atmosphere inside.
