Cascade brings four one-bedroom, one-bathroom units together in a modern modular quadplex. An exterior staircase rises along the front to the upper level, while glass railings keep the elevated walkway and landing visually open to the surrounding landscape. The two-story form and generous windows give each level a strong connection to the outdoors.

Designed for hospitality or multi-family settings, Cascade uses a repeatable factory-built approach to bring four units together in one building. The full building has four bedrooms and four bathrooms total; each unit has one bedroom and one bathroom.
