Their mission goes beyond providing housing, offering stable, affordable homes within a supportive environment that fosters dignity, accountability, and personal growth for individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
Nestled in a tranquil setting, the Village combines high-quality living spaces with a vibrant culture focused on mental health, recovery, and community engagement, making a profound impact with 60 housing units and significant public cost savings of $85.2M over 20 years in Phase I.
At our facility, Polaris Modular has crafted these permanent housing units using our innovative modular construction techniques, ensuring rapid, efficient, and durable builds tailored to The Other Side Village's vision.
